The Framework

What Is the AIR Method™?

The proprietary decision lens for evaluating trust, message resonance, and brand authority in the AI era. Built by Jeanniey Walden. Used by every Liftoff engagement.

The AIR Method™ is a proprietary decision lens for building trust in the AI era, developed by Jeanniey Walden and documented in The Trust Threshold.

It stands for Authenticity, Inspiration, and Relatability — three dimensions that determine whether a brand’s message, leader, or strategy will be believed, followed, and acted on by buyers, employees, and AI engines alike.

The AIR Method™ is the methodology layer underneath the Liftoff Compound Program, the Trust Index Authority Report, and every Liftoff advisory engagement.

The Three Dimensions

A. I. R.

Three questions a buyer asks before they ever fill out your form.

A · Authenticity

Do they believe you?

Buyers can spot generated, ghostwritten, and committee-approved content in three seconds. Authenticity is the signal that says a real person with real stakes is on the other side.

I · Inspiration

Do they see a future for themselves?

Inspiration is what moves a buyer from passive interest to action. It’s the moment they picture themselves on the other side of working with you.

R · Relatability

Do they feel this is their situation too?

Relatability collapses the distance between your story and theirs. Without it, even great content reads as somebody else’s case study.

How It’s Used

Three places the AIR Method™ gets applied.

  • StrategyEvery brand decision is pressure-tested against the three AIR questions before launch. If a campaign, hire, or message fails any of the three, it gets reworked.
  • MediaEvery Liftoff Spotlight episode and Liftoff Journeys podcast conversation is structured around AIR so the resulting asset compounds in AI engines, not just on social.
  • DiagnosticsThe Trust Index Authority Report scores a company against the AIR dimensions plus the trust pillars in The Trust Threshold, then maps the gap to revenue impact.

Important

AIR Method™ vs Trust Index Pillars.

The AIR Method™ (Authenticity, Inspiration, Relatability) is the decision lens. The Trust Index uses different scoring pillars (Authority, Influence, Reach). They’re complementary, not the same. If you’ve seen them mixed up elsewhere, that was a typo, not a redesign.

Frequently Asked

Common questions, answered.

What does AIR Method™ stand for?

AIR stands for Authenticity, Inspiration, and Relatability. It is a proprietary decision lens developed by Jeanniey Walden for evaluating whether a brand's strategy, content, or leadership communication will earn trust in the AI era.

Who created the AIR Method™?

Jeanniey Walden, founder of Liftoff Enterprises and author of The Trust Threshold (#1 Amazon bestseller, February 2026). She is a TEDx, Davos, and Kyoto speaker on trust and brand authority.

How is the AIR Method™ different from the Trust Index pillars?

The AIR Method™ is the methodology layer (Authenticity, Inspiration, Relatability). The Liftoff Trust Index is a scoring instrument that measures three different pillars: Authority, Influence, and Reach. They work together, but they are distinct.

Where can I learn the full AIR Method™?

The full framework is documented in The Trust Threshold (Amazon, February 2026). The accompanying Trust Index Authority Report applies the method to a specific company and produces a category-level diagnostic.
